Felt proper embarrassed!

What Went Wrong… and How We Fixed It
We initially ordered a stalk that, while technically correct for some A5s, didn’t match the module version in this specific car. The difference? A few hidden pins and a slightly different connector layout. Once we identified the mismatch, we reordered the correct component, covered the customer’s fuel for the second trip, and cracked on with the install properly.
