I visited Professional Retrofits recently to have cruise control fitted to my T6 Campervan which is based on the bog standard Startline modelAfter discussing options with Paul I decided on a replacement steering wheel with full function control and cruise controlThe team were friendly and professional, we were made to feel very welcome by Rachel who showed up what would be fitted to our camper before serving tea and coffee, and then Jack carried out the retrofit of an OEM multi function steering wheel with cruise which works perfectly and is a massive upgrade on the original plastic wheel. The work was carried out without delay whilst we enjoyed a walk in the surrounding countryside.We can highly recommend Professional Retrofits and will be visiting again soon to upgrade our headlights

Well went to get Adaptive cruise control fitted to my T6, along with new steering wheel and multifunction buttons, the lads did a fantastic job, Jack explained everything that he was going to be doing, even when they hit a snag, In stepped Mikey with his computer wizardry, and wouldn't stop until he had sorted the problem, hats off to these 2 lads, a credit to the company, stayed behind to make sure it was fixed and working, thank you, and thanks goes to Rachel as well who kept making sure that we were okay, definitely recommend Professional retro fits for your VW upgrades.

Took my VW T6 to have an Alpine Halo INE-F904D with built in sat nav fitted. The team were great and very friendly. The factory usb lead would not work with the head unit so Paul nipped out and bought a different lead at no extra cost. Will definitely be going back for more work soon.

I recently purchased a VW Transporter Campervan and while it had 80% of the things I wanted it was lacking some modern functionality I prefer to have. After searching forums and the internet I came across numerous mentions of “Professional Retrofits” Nuneaton, who use OEM products to a quality standard.So I messaged Paul to ask about parking sensors, reverse camera and Apple car play.Paul came back to me the following day with prices and choices.After looking at the choices I booked my van in for the work, traveling down from Leeds.When we arrived I was made to feel very welcome and was told about every step of the process, I also enquired about replacing the tired steering wheel, as they had a wall of them, which was added to the work. We left the guys to complete the work and returned later that day.The work looks great and really is OEM, coded to the van. I was shown the new headunit (which also showed my climate control which was a welcome surprise) and camera. Guided through how to use everything and they even gave me advise about some aspects of my conversion that could do with improvement, which i appreciated.Professional Retrofits also offer a range of other products which I am looking into (saving for) I would highly recommend the team and their work, it was well worth traveling for.

100% recommend this company - nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. We had a new multi function steering wheel fitted so that we could have adaptive cruise control added to our VW T6, and we also upgraded the headlights. They have a nice team of people working there, with great customer service. Also good to note that the height of our vehicle (2.5m) was no issue, their workshop accommodated us no problem. Wish everyone was like this!

Great service from these guys. I dealt with Mike and Paul over the phone/messages and then met Jack when I went in for cruise control to be fitted. These guys offer great advice and service. I bought the wrong buttons from facebook and these helped me to get the right ones.When fitting, Jack was great too. Lewis, Mike and Rachael are fantastic! Lewis and Mike fitted a T6.1 Highline bumper and foglights to my Startline. While I was there I saw a steering wheel which I needed to have! Fitted and coded in immediately. Rachel went literally out of her way to drive to Coventry to pick up a part to complete the installation. Completely and utterly recommended to all. Last Tuesday I travelled 150 miles (round trip), to have a retractable towbar fitted at this garage. Having received a ridiculous quote from the Audi garage , saying the job would involve 8 hours labour. I tried a few local fitters with very little idea.I then read complimentary reviews related to this outfit. They were excellent and initial contact with Rachel led to my booking.I arrived just before 9am was met by Rachel taken to the waiting room and supplied with coffee. The lads arrived just after myself.Lewis asked for the keys so he could get started. He worked hard and completed the job in 4 hours. He kept me informed on the progress.Half way through the morning he said that he was having a break, must have been 5 mins.Before 1 pm job done including re programming !Super service well recommended.Thanks a lot Ian.

After finally buying the right vehicle, I contacted Professional Retrofit for guidance on security and the virtual cockpit. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They went out of their way to fit me in, answer my questions, and to make sure that everything was fully functioning. It’s always a pleasure to find people who are really good at what they do. I have no hesitation in recommending them.If using a sat nav, use their address rather than postcode to find them, as I ended up in a farmers field on my first visit!

The guys fitted an Integrated Automotive IMI-1000 for Android Auto/Apple Carplay so that I could particularly use Waze and Spotify in my 2015 BMW 435d Gran Coupe using my Samsung and Sony phones. I'm sure the rest of the family will use their Apples!They were very helpful, professional and quick. I would thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.

Can't fault Professional Refits :-)They knew what they were talking about from my original enquiry and even checked my VIN to ensure they could retrofit cruise control to my T6. (anothet place had told me this eas not possible on my model but would not give a reason why...... I will not mention who they were on here ;-)Job only took around 2 hours and I liked the fact they replaced the factory fit stalks to give the standard controls and not an aftermarket bolt on and i thought the price was reasonable.They were friendly and welcoming on arrival and started my job straight away.Highly recommended!

We took our VW T6 campervan converversion in to have a cruise control fitted. Really good service, friendly, and only took an hour of a half. Took our Terrier on a local walk through the village and onto the canal. Highly recommended! The cruise control is warranted, genuine VW, and works as per the manufacturer. Excellent!

I had a lower comfort dashboard and a multi function steering wheel fitted to my VW Transporter on Monday. Travelled from Elgin Scotland to Nuneaton to get my T5 plastic steering wheel replaced with a Golf Mk7 flat bottom MFSW and to have the Bluetooth module installed to my RNS510 stereo. Just had cruise control fitted to my Mk2 Audi TT. Quick, friendly, and professional service. Staff very polite and knowledgable. Clean workshop with excellent and comfortable waiting area with WiFi. I was offered a drink on more than one occasion whilst the work was being completed.

Once completed, I was also given instruction on how to use the newly fitted cruise control, which is more than most garages would do. Top marks.

I highly recommend these guys. Very helpful and knowledgeable advice. They installed a tow bar & wiring to my VW Touareg 2015, I had an issue with it a few weeks after install, Paul went over and above to investigate & resolve the issue, and even when it turned out to have been CAUSED ENTIRELY BY MYSELF, they offered to fix it free of charge. You don’t see this level of service, honesty and helpfulness very often.

Paul fitted a rear camera to my Octavia today, at a very keen price, including the necessary programming, which other fitters don't always do. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. It has completed my car, as far as I am concerned - well nearly, I am now thinking of front sensors and would certainly come back here if I do have them. It was also good to see Paul enjoy a ride on my Electrically Assisted Bike, although he was a little surprised at the push when the power came in!

Paul, and his colleague, provided a highly professional service in fitting a Westfalia towbar with removable towball to our Skoda Yeti. He is extremely helpful and gives one confidence that he knows what he is doing. He also went to great lengths to explain what he was going to do and to make sure that I witnessed a final test and know how to install and disconnect the towball. He also was very patient in demonstrating how the bike rack I took with me should be fitted.
The waiting facilities are clean and comfortable and the wifi works well.

All in all good service at a fair price.

Can't recommend enough. Purchased front and rear Cobra parking sensors in May eventually got round to fitting the rears in July and had a problem with them 'beeping' all the time. Contacted Paul and he knew exactly what I'd done wrong and talked me through the resolution. Now I've come round to fitting the fronts I couldn't find the buzzer (wasn't sure if it was received or not) contacted Paul to ask how much and he sent me one for free! Top Man.

Took my VW Passat 2010 estate to have a Westfalia removable towbar fitted. Very professional and well documented quotation, followed up by excellent service on the day. Went to Pauls new workshop yesterday to have a new Multifunction steering wheel fitted and a new Kenwood DNX525 DAB radio fitted.
Paul was very friendly made me feel right at home.
He did an excellent job fitting both the radio and steering wheel he also sorted out my rear speakers where the conversion company had piggy backed them on to the fronts and connected my rearview camera up.
He kept me informed aĺl the way through and explained any necessary changes or choices.
Superb service and great prices too.
The stereo sounds way better now the front and rear speakers are seperated.

Front and rear flush parking sensors fitted as well as cruise control on my VW Eos. Paul did an careful, tidy and thorough job. He explained what he was doing and ensured that we were comfortable with his actions throughout. The only hitch was that he did not have the necessary ECU because of a miscommunication between us but returned the next day to complete the job. He also reprogrammed the ECU to provide a couple of features that I would otherwise have needed to go to the VW dealer for. Excellent job. I can recommend him.
