We recently completed another extensive LED headlight retrofit on a VW Transporter T6.1, this time focusing on a comprehensive integration of auto-levelling sensors and a dedicated wiring loom. The job began with the removal of the front end, including the bumper and original halogen headlights. Both front and rear auto-levelling sensors were installed, and a new wiring loom was routed through the cabin to ensure seamless communication with the van’s electronics. After fitting the OEM LED headlights and running the loom through the bulkhead, we reassembled the vehicle and carried out the final connections to the body control modules and instrument cluster. The process concluded with the upload of essential data files and detailed coding, resulting in a flawless, error-free lighting system that matches factory standards.

Audi TT: Cruise Control Retrofit and ECU Drainage Fault Repair
During a recent cruise control retrofit on an Audi TT, we identified a hidden electrical issue that could have resulted in significant damage.
