I only bother leaving reviews when I receive an exceptional service and Pawel and his team did a fantastic job when fitting cruise control to my VW T6. Worked perfectly first time and they really bent over backwards to fit me in at a time which was convenient for me. They had a great waiting area to help pass the time, with loads of VW magazine's to read and the price was really competitive. Great service!

We wanted cruise control retrofitting to a 62 plate Ibiza. The price of the part was expensive given the age of the car, so we suggested a used part which they were happy to fit. Fitting costs were reasonable given the time it took to fit. I arrived a little ahead of the booked time and the car was straight in while i waited.Everything tested and works as it should.This is the third time I have used them despite it being an hours drive, just because they are specialists in what they do and do it well. Other garages i have asked I don't get a confident response from.

Very friendly and Professional service. Went in to clean the drain on pan roof Vw Tiguan as water was getting blocked and seeping inside. Also got a quick diagnostic check done at the same time. Was initially quoted for 2 hours but got it done in 45 mins. Will definitely use their services again. Happy to say no issues with the vehicle ever since had it checked.

The touchscreen on my VW Caddy Navigation and Entertainment Unit was faulty. I called on the phone and received a quote. Quite expensive in my opinion (£300 inc vat, including tracked and insured postage), however another company refused to quote until receiving the unit, so I was happier to get the work done by Retrofits than send the unit to the other company, only maybe be charged more. The work was carried out and my unit was returned in the post within a day. All works ok now. Thank you.

I had a second hand DSG steering wheel fit to my works T6 van. As I travel all over the UK and my plans constantly change I had to make an appointment that would fit into my schedule. Due to work loads I had the opportunity to visit earlier than planned. Both Racheal and Paul made provisions to fit me in. I arrived, had the steering wheel changed and van re-coded and was on my way in under an hour. The steering wheel meet all my expectations and everything worked first time. Thanks for all your help, excellent work, I will use Professional Retrofits in the future for any other work.

I can’t recommend Professional Retrofits Limited highly enough! Mike recently fitted a full camera setup to my VW California T6.1, including a genuine VW rear-view camera and a BlackVue DR590X-2CH front and rear dash cam system.The workmanship was outstanding — everything was installed neatly, coded, and tested to factory spec with no shortcuts. The rear-view camera integrates perfectly with the factory system and makes reversing so much easier, while the BlackVue dash cam gives me real peace of mind on the road, knowing I’ve got reliable front and rear coverage.What really impressed me is how Mike went the extra mile to help and protect us. When he started the job, he discovered that whoever had previously fitted the window hadn’t secured the tailgate trim at all — not even a single screw was put back in place. As soon as he began working, the whole thing nearly came crashing down. Instead of cutting corners, Mike took the extra time to put everything back properly and safely.This shows exactly why their service is worth every penny: they don’t just fit equipment, they make sure your vehicle is safe and finished to the highest standard. The Retrofits company was brilliant from my initial phone call, right through to the installation of my android head unit.I purchased the head unit using the knowledge told to me by them, and they had it installed in around an hour. The staff are very polite and helpful, they made me feel very comfortable in their work place.Great business if I ever need anything like a tow bar or another head unit fitting and I'm sure they do more I'll be on to them, or if anyone I know needs anything I'll be pointing them in the direction of Retrofits.Thanks guys

Had cruise control put onto steering wheel of my T6 and it works perfectly. The conversion was done on time by Mike who was very informative of what had to be done. Professional Retrofits are exactly that - professional. I travelled all the way from Durham for the work to be done and I have to say it was worth it. My only disappointment was that Rachael was off that day.

After being messed about by 3 different Audi dealerships, one of which said they had ordered the cruise control for my Audi Q3 I found professional retrofits online by doing a Google search and reading reviews. I Contacted them, spoke to Rachel and after some open and honest conversations the hardware arrived less than 3 months later from Audi Germany and its finally been fitted. Service was excellent, all staff were exceptional, friendly and made me feel welcomed. 5 star service and still yet to hear back from Audi Bedford on my original order.I will definitely be going back for further upgradesI would highly recommend Professional Retrofits

Retro fitted Multifunction leather steering wheel with adaptive cruise control to replace standard plastic type.Although I opted for a previously used steering wheel used to keep costs down the condition of the wheel has little wear and tear.2hours driving home on M6 trying out all the functions and everything worked perfectly.Staff were friendly and helpful.Would recommend and will use again for other future mods.Thanks John.

We took our VW T6 campervan converversion in to have a cruise control fitted. Really good service, friendly, and only took an hour of a half. Took our Terrier on a local walk through the village and onto the canal. Highly recommended! The cruise control is warranted, genuine VW, and works as per the manufacturer. Excellent!

Travelled from Elgin Scotland to Nuneaton to get my T5 plastic steering wheel replaced with a Golf Mk7 flat bottom MFSW and to have the Bluetooth module installed to my RNS510 stereo. Just had cruise control fitted to my Mk2 Audi TT. Quick, friendly, and professional service. Staff very polite and knowledgable. Clean workshop with excellent and comfortable waiting area with WiFi. I was offered a drink on more than one occasion whilst the work was being completed.

Once completed, I was also given instruction on how to use the newly fitted cruise control, which is more than most garages would do. Top marks.

I highly recommend these guys. Very helpful and knowledgeable advice. They installed a tow bar & wiring to my VW Touareg 2015, I had an issue with it a few weeks after install, Paul went over and above to investigate & resolve the issue, and even when it turned out to have been CAUSED ENTIRELY BY MYSELF, they offered to fix it free of charge. You don’t see this level of service, honesty and helpfulness very often.

Paul fitted a rear camera to my Octavia today, at a very keen price, including the necessary programming, which other fitters don't always do. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. It has completed my car, as far as I am concerned - well nearly, I am now thinking of front sensors and would certainly come back here if I do have them. It was also good to see Paul enjoy a ride on my Electrically Assisted Bike, although he was a little surprised at the push when the power came in!

Paul, and his colleague, provided a highly professional service in fitting a Westfalia towbar with removable towball to our Skoda Yeti. He is extremely helpful and gives one confidence that he knows what he is doing. He also went to great lengths to explain what he was going to do and to make sure that I witnessed a final test and know how to install and disconnect the towball. He also was very patient in demonstrating how the bike rack I took with me should be fitted.
The waiting facilities are clean and comfortable and the wifi works well.

All in all good service at a fair price.

Can't recommend enough. Purchased front and rear Cobra parking sensors in May eventually got round to fitting the rears in July and had a problem with them 'beeping' all the time. Contacted Paul and he knew exactly what I'd done wrong and talked me through the resolution. Now I've come round to fitting the fronts I couldn't find the buzzer (wasn't sure if it was received or not) contacted Paul to ask how much and he sent me one for free! Top Man.

Went to Pauls new workshop yesterday to have a new Multifunction steering wheel fitted and a new Kenwood DNX525 DAB radio fitted.
Paul was very friendly made me feel right at home.
He did an excellent job fitting both the radio and steering wheel he also sorted out my rear speakers where the conversion company had piggy backed them on to the fronts and connected my rearview camera up.
He kept me informed aĺl the way through and explained any necessary changes or choices.

The stereo sounds way better now the front and rear speakers are seperated.
