If you lose your driver recognition tag for a SmartTrack S5 iMob or Meta Trak S5 system, you can request and pair a replacement tag. In the meantime, you can verify yourself using the mobile app and temporarily manage immobilisation settings. This works similarly to activating service mode, ensuring you are not left stranded while waiting for a replacement.

Before servicing, you can use the SmartTrack or Meta Trak app to place the system into service mode. This temporarily disables immobilisation functions on iMob and Deadlock systems while maintaining tracking capability.
