Just finished a solid upgrade on our MAN TGE campervan—flat-bottom steering wheel and fresh headlights, all in one go 🚐🔧

We swapped out the factory wheel for a flat-bottom version with perforated sides, a smooth leather top and bottom, and grey contrast stitching—far more ergonomic and a total game-changer for comfort behind the wheel.
Interior Comfort Meets Road Visibility
While we were at it, we also upgraded the headlights to Transporter HQ black-style units. These look the part and massively boost visibility—especially noticeable on darker country roads. The contrast between the sharp black lenses and the white bodywork gives the van a clean, confident look that turns heads without trying too hard.
Clean, OEM-Level Finish
Every component fitted was OEM-grade or higher, installed with zero compromises. From the secure airbag removal process to carefully routing wiring behind the dash, everything was done to factory spec. The new MAN TGE flat-bottom steering wheel integrates seamlessly with the existing controls and airbag module—no warning lights, no coding headaches.
Tested and Properly Coded
Once installed, we ran full diagnostics to verify all modules were fault-free. Coding was completed using ODIS and VCDS to ensure the new components were fully integrated. No flickering lights, no errors—just smooth function and a modernised feel inside and out.
